This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Welcome to the Alvin ISD Online Enrollment Process. This process is only for students/families NEW to Alvin ISD (never attended AISD schools or did not complete the previous school year in AISD).  Fill out the form below to request account access. Once account information is received, log in using the credentials sent and complete the online application.  You will need the following documents to upload during this application: 
  1. Birth Certificate [Request Documentation Online]
  2. Social Security Card (Social Security Number is recommended but not required. A student who does not provide or have a social security number will be assigned a state identification number.)
  3. Immunization Record
  4. Two proofs of residency in the Alvin Independent School District: 
    1. A mortgage, lease or property tax statement of the parent/guardian seeking to enroll a child
    2. Copy of a current electric bill, water utility or gas bill for the address identified (Cell phone bill not accepted). 
    3. In lieu of items 1 & 2, an AISD approved affidavit can be uploaded for both. (see note below)
  5. Parent/Guardian I.D. (driver's license, passport)   
  6. Last report card or withdrawal form from previous school district (not required)
Note: If the parent/legal guardian does not have a lease or mortgage statement in their name and/or resides with someone in the Alvin Independent School District attendance zone, visit Student and Administrative Services for the forms to establish residency prior to completing the application.
